What a shame for countries who sign such a restricting agreement and join in the ranks to try and grab the favours of a failing country whom cannot protect her own country's freedom like the USA. It is obvious that the USA created such an agreement for their own greed and motives and those who signed it played into the hands of the USA and their desires in an attempt to gain benefits from a country who has been owing the World Bank in trillions of US Dollars of loan.

This is going to be a rather rough battle as high tech investors and industries battle it out with the recording and movies industry to debate on their the PROTECT-IP bill that is suppose to "protect" their rights. Seems like the US Government is determined to 'kowtow' to the recording and movies industry.

When Wikileaks sprang up with their leaks on the US, they (US Govt) tried to block and sensor and hunt down anything related to Wikileaks like some witch hunt in the days of olde. Now US wants to push their own perspectives onto the Chinese and other nations. How is US different from China or Iran when it is willing to hunt down and shut up the truth and Freedom of the people. It's another fascist regime (US Govt) that pretends to be 'Justice incarnate'.

US, watch your own Freedom and handle it, before spilling shit all over other nations.

Who owns the US government ? Who pay taxes so they (US Govt) can mind others' business and impose absurd rules and give NSA, CIA...etc.. so much power to intercept communications ? Who really owns the government ?

Its' the PEOPLE !!! 

WITHOUT THE PEOPLE'S SUPPORT A GOVERNMENT CANNOT FUNCTION !!!

That is the basic of the Art of Governance.

Turning back to the question, who owns the US Government's documents ? 

THE PEOPLE !!! 

It's their tax, their sweat and blood which gives the government what it is today.
